Data Deletion Policy

At GrownX7, we respect your right to privacy and give every user full control over their personal information.
You can request the deletion of your data at any time, and we will remove it from all our systems within 7 working days.

What data can be deleted:

• Name, email, and phone number

• Account and login information

• Course progress and records

• Payment details (except where legally required for transactions)

How to request data deletion:

1. Send an email to info@grownx7.com with the subject line “Delete My Data.”

2. Include your registered name, email, and phone number.

3. Our support team will confirm your identity and process the deletion request.

After completion, your account and all related personal data will be permanently removed from our database.
Please note: certain transaction records may be retained as required by Pakistani tax or financial regulations, but these will not include personal identifiers.
